Online Banking FAQs

How do I enroll in online banking?
Every member is enrolled in online banking upon opening a membership. For your initial online banking login, simply visit the homepage and select the "I’m logging in for the first time” link. Online banking will take you through a series of questions relating to your membership with the credit union in order to verify your identity. Once you have completed and answered these questions correctly, online banking will ask you to create a secure password. This password, in conjunction with your member number, will allow access to online banking from that point forward.

How much does online banking cost?
Online banking is absolutely FREE!

What times is online banking available?
Online banking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Service may be occasionally unavailable should maintenance be necessary.

What can I do with online banking?
Online banking is more than just a way to view your balances online, it’s an opportunity to organize your budgets with up-to-the-minute accuracy. Maximize your interest by transferring funds between accounts any time you wish, check and print out account histories, or make loan and credit card payments, all online from the comfort of your PC — wherever it may be. Also, with online Online Bill Pay you can automate payment of your monthly bills such as the phone bill, your mortgage, magazine subscriptions, etc. — without licking a single stamp!

What if I have problems with online banking?
Located on each online banking page you’ll find a help icon that provides immediate online assistance for many of the questions you may have. If you continue to have problems or did not find proper assistance in the online help menu, you can contact us Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CST.

Am I performing secure transactions using online banking?
The information that travels across the Internet to and from online banking is encrypted (scrambled) according to a complex mathematical algorithm that is extremely difficult to break. This, along with your confidential password, makes online banking one of the safest ways to conduct your banking.

In addition, your credit union has employed the latest "Secured Server" technology, utilizing leading-edge cryptographic techniques for online banking and our Web site. This means that we use a completely secured channel of communication in transmitting information across the Internet.

In the event fraud was committed over online banking, are my funds covered
Online banking is "password driven". This means that you are required to enter the combination of your Member number and password to access your accounts. In the unlikely event that fraud occurs, necessary measures will be taken by the fraud specialist team to investigate the fraud committed on your account and reimburse lost funds as quickly as possible.
