Shared BranchingAccess your accounts where you least expect it.
Our Shared Branches, in combination with Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, Telephone Teller, and Member Relations, make access to BCU more convenient.
BCU is part of an international Credit Union Service Centers® network that gives our members, too far from one of our Service Centers, the ability to conduct many transactions and obtain services at any of these Shared Branches within the network.
Your membership and accounts remain within BCU, but the convenience to conduct your financial business from nearly anywhere in the country is just another added benefit of being a member. So whether youre simply traveling for business or vacation, or permanently relocated to another state, a Credit Union Service Center is still as close as your nearest Shared Branch.
When you visit a Shared Branch, make sure you have the following:
- The name of your Credit Union (BCU)
- Your Credit Union member number and the Share ID number of your account
- A current, valid, U.S. Government-issued picture ID with signature
Transactions that can be conducted at any Shared Branch that displays the Credit Union Service Centers Network logo, include:
- Deposits
- Withdrawals
- Funds transfers
- Check cashing
- Loan payments
- Balance inquiries
- Copy of statement receipt
- Money Order and Travelers Checks purchase
Key Benefits
- In-person member service available even when away from a BCU-owned Service Center
- Credit Union access for certain financial needs while on vacation
