The privacy of our members is vital, which is why we’ve always asked for a code word to access account information over the phone. But with so many passwords to remember, it’s easy to forget! We now offer the option of a one-time passcode. We’ll send you a text, and all you have to do is confirm the number in the message.

We’ve taken a closer look at our check review process and made some refinements. We’re happy to share that we’ve been able to significantly reduce the number of check holds, providing members with quicker access to their funds.
