Learn more about our Security Guarantee.
How do we keep your information secure?
We've applied the same high security standards that you've come to expect from the Credit Union to Mobile Banking in our Apple®, Android™ and Windows® apps. We protect your security with:
  • Usernames and passwords – to confirm your identity and ensure the privacy of each Mobile Banking session
  • Firewalls – to protect our programs from any unauthorized or malicious intrusion
  • Encryption – to protect your data by keeping transactions and transmissions of your account information private.
    Bank in secure sessions
Each mobile banking session begins only after you establish your identity via your unique, encrypted username and password. Your session automatically ends when you exit the application, and it will time-out if you get sidetracked, protecting you in the event that you forget to exit after completing your transactions.
Things you can do to protect yourself
  • Make sure you have the real Credit Union app – Download our app only from reputable sources. Find it on the App Store℠, Google Play Store™ or Windows Marketplace®.
  • Protect your password – Do not reveal it to anyone.
  • Make it secure – Truly safe passwords don't incorporate names, phone numbers, addresses, important dates or other items that are easily guessable.
  • Never leave your mobile device unattended – Know where your phone is at all times. Be especially vigilant when you're logged into the Credit Union mobile app or any other apps that use confidential information.
  • Password protect your phone – Use your phone's built-in lock function; set it to require a password upon start-up and after extended inactivity.
Worried about your security? If you are concerned that you have received fraudulent e-mail, disclosed confidential information or have questions about online security, please contact Member Relations at 800-388-7000.
