What are Online Statements?
Online Statements are an electronic version of your monthly or quarterly Account or Credit Card statements.

How much does the Online Statements service cost?
It's FREE. There is no charge for the Online Statements service.

How do I view my Online Statements?
To view your Online Statements, login to Online Banking, and click on the “Account Statements” link under My Accounts. If you have a Credit Union Credit Card, you’ll be asked to select which Online Statement you wish to view. If not, your current Online Account Statement will automatically display.

Why do I have to provide my email address to enroll?
Your email address is needed to send an email notification that your statement is ready for viewing.

Will my Online Statement be available through Online Banking if for some reason I don't receive my email notification?
Yes, your Online Statement and email notification are independent of one another. If for any reason you do not receive your email notification, your Online Statement will still be available on Online Banking.

What software do I need to view my Online Statement online?
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 8 or higher to view your Online Statement.

With joint accounts, who receives the Online Statement email notification?
The Online Statement email notification is sent to the primary account holder’s email address.

Are my Online Statements secure and safe?
Yes, your Online Statements are stored securely and are transmitted to your Internet browser using 128-bit encryption.

When will my current month’s Online Statement be available?
Your Online Statement will be available during the first few days of the month. The availability of your online Credit Card statements will vary, depending on your statement cycle date.

How long will my Online Statements be available?
After you enroll, your Online Statements will be available every month for up to 24 months.

Can I have my Online Statements email notification sent to more than one email address?
No, your credit union will only send your Online Statement notification to one email address.

How do I notify the Credit Union of my new email address?
Log in to Online Banking and select the Update Member Profile link.

How can I un-enroll in Online Credit Card Statements?
To un-enroll in Online Credit Card Statements, simply select Update Statement/Notice Preferences under the Update Member Profile section. Then select the Resume Paper Statements checkbox for the Credit Card account you wish to un-enroll for.

If I un-enroll in Online Credit Card Statements do I still have access to past statements?
No. Unlike Online Account Statements, once you have chosen to un-enroll in Online Credit Card Statements you will not have access to past statement history.

If I upgrade or change credit cards with the Credit Union do I still have access to my past statements?
Yes. As long as you don’t un-enroll in Online Credit Card Statements, you will still have access to view past statement history.

If I close my credit card do I still have access to view past statements?
Yes. As long as you don’t un-enroll in Online Credit Card Statements, you will still have access to view past statement history for closed cards.
