Baxter Credit Union Adds Real Estate Services

April 16, 2010—Vernon Hills, IL— Baxter Credit Union (BCU) has announced the addition of discounted real estate services to its membership This member-friendly benefit is available through a partnership between BCU and CU Realty, a premiere nationwide Home Buying & Selling Service for credit union members.

Through this comprehensive real estate program, members will have the opportunity to shop for a new home, research neighborhoods, learn their current home’s value, and save on every real estate transaction. By teaming up with a realtor in the CU Realty network, members will receive a rebate on realtor commissions of 20%. Coupled with BCU’s affordable first mortgage financing, this provides a convenient, cost-effective one-stop shop for buying and selling properties.
