One Step Update only supports versions for Quicken versions 2011-2013 and is available to any of our members that use Online Banking. If you are using an older version of Quicken, an upgrade is necessary to use One Step Update. Quicken offers an online resource that provides compatibility and upgrade information. Quicken for Macs isnt supported using Online Banking.
You should enter your Credit Union name as "BCU".
Yes, transactions can be downloaded from all your Credit Union deposit and loan accounts - including your Credit Union credit card.
One Step Update will automatically download 90 days of transaction data when initially set up. If additional transaction history is needed you have access to download up to 180 days within Online Banking. To download additional transactions simply login to Online Banking, select the desired account, and choose "Quicken" from the drop-down menu in the Download Transactions section on the Account Detail page.
An error message beginning with "CC-" means One Step Update is not functioning correctly. One Step Update will automatically pop-up instructions to walk you through next steps to allow you to continue with your download. If you are unable to correct the issue, you can contact Quicken Support or the Credit Union for additional assistance.

Yes. At any time you can download your transactions directly from Online Banking. Simply login to Online Banking, select the desired account, and then select Quicken from the drop-down menu in the Download Transactions section on the Account Detail page.
If some of your transactions are being missed, or you are seeing the same transactions show up multiple times, simply deactivate the connection between Quicken and BCU, and then re-establish the connection.
