Reporting Fraud

If you suspect that you’re the victim of fraud, you should report it immediately using the following guidelines.

Lost or stolen ATM / Debit /Credit Card
Call PSCU at 800-449-7728 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to report your lost or stolen card.

Report suspicious activity on your checking / savings accounts and or loans:
Call Member Relations at 800-388-7000 or contact your nearest branch.

Report suspicious email or online fraud
To report a suspicious email or online fraud that uses BCU’s name, forward it to us immediately at (Please note that this email address should not be used if you are a victim of online fraud, for disputes of credit card purchases, or to seek resolution of online fraud. Do not include personal information such as member ID, account information, etc.)

Alert a credit bureau with your concerns
If you suspect you might be a victim of identity theft, contact the three major credit bureaus listed below to place a fraud alert on your credit file. You also can order a credit report to identify any unauthorized activity.
