Web Site Updates

In response to member comments and feedback, we will be rolling out changes to the Web site effective
June 30, 2009. In order to make the updates, Online Banking will be down from 12 a.m. CT (10 p.m. PT) to 4 a.m. CT (2 a.m. PT).

Some of these changes will impact members who use Online Banking, while others will impact all members. We wanted to take a moment and provide you with a brief description of some of the changes we are making to the Web site based off of feedback from you, our members.

Updated Online Banking navigation
New navigation will be launching within Online Banking to better fit with how you, our members, are using the service. The new navigation will be cleaner and will allow you to see or hide navigation that you do or don't use. We know that getting used to new navigation is sometimes difficult, but the new Online Banking navigation is simple and should be easier to use.

Here's what you will see when you log into Online Banking:

Ability to receive account notices online
Beginning July 1, 2009, you'll be able to receive Online Notices for information like past due payments, insufficient funds, courtesy payments and uncollected funds, through Online Banking. By receiving these notices online, you will receive account information quickly, securely and you can help reduce paper waste. Online Notices are free, save time, and allows us to keep costs down so we can provide more competitive rates and service.

Updated Home page navigation
In conjunction with the new navigation within Online Banking, BCU is also changing the navigation on the home page to include information about:

  •    Deposits and Investments
  •    Loans
  •    Online Services
  •    Credit Cards
  •    Financial Resource Center
  •    News and Events
  • The new navigation will make it easier to find information about all of the products and services offered by BCU and will make it easier to navigate our Web site.
