    What do I need to do to qualify for fee reimbursement?
    To qualify for out-of-network ATM fee reimbursement, your account must meet these monthly requirements:

    1. Direct Deposit(s) totaling $500 a month or more
    2. Enrollment in Online Statements with a valid email address, PLUS
    3. Make 15 qualifying transactions²

    Accounts not meeting all monthly requirements will not receive reimbursements.

    What is a Qualifying Transaction?

  • Credit Union Credit and Debit Card Purchases (both PIN and signature based purchases apply)
  • Payments made through Online Bill Pay from your Total Access Checking™ Account
  • Electronic (ACH) Payments (payments automatically withdrawn from your account from the billing merchant you authorize)
  • Does my monthly deposit have to be set up via automated transfer method?
    Yes, an automatic form of deposit is required which can be easily set up within Online Banking.
