Visit the website from your mobile device or download the new Mobile Banking app today! If you have the old app installed on your device, you can delete it after you have successfully downloaded and logged in to the new app.

Pay Anyone – With Pay Anyone, you can send payments to anyone, anytime using your Credit Union debit card and new Mobile Banking.
Quick login – Quick PIN and Touch ID make logging into BCU's new Mobile Banking quicker and easier than ever.
Looking for "Answers" – Tap the magnifying glass with the word “Answers” in the left navigation of the app to access the search tool.
What’s new/different with mobile banking?
Our new mobile banking experience features a clean, more intuitive design and enhanced security. New functionality has also been added such as Pay Anyone and the ability to make credit card and mortgage payments.
When can I download the new app?
To provide the best possible member-support experience, we'll be inviting members to download the new app over several weeks. This will help us best serve you and any members needing assistance. Watch your inbox for your invitation to download the new BCU Mobile Banking App.
Do I need to delete the current app before downloading the new app?
No, you do not need to delete the current app first. To avoid any confusion, it may be helpful to delete the old app once the new app is installed on your mobile device.
How long can I continue to use the old app?
The old app will be discontinued Wednesday, December 7th, 2016.
What operating systems are required to use the new app or mobile website?
For iPhone, the app supports iOS 8 or higher. For Android, 5.0 and higher.
What is the size of the app?
- The iOS (iPhone, iPad) app is 38.2 MB
- The Android app is 13.0 MB
Is there anything I need to do to prepare?
Additional new security features will mean you'll need to re-register your devices using a one-time authorization code sent via text, email or voice call. Log in to Online Banking to review and update your contact information on file.
Is there anything I need to do before using Mobile Banking for the first time?
Before using Mobile Banking, you first need to enroll in Online Banking. To get started, visit BCU.org and click on Set up access in the blue Welcome box. You will establish a Login ID and password as part of the enrollment process, which you can then use to log in to Mobile Banking.
