If you suspect that you’re the victim of fraud, you should report it immediately using the following guidelines.
Lost or stolen ATM / Debit /Credit Card
Call BCU at 800-449-7728 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to report your lost or stolen card.
Report suspicious activity on your checking / savings accounts and or loans:
Call Member Relations at 800-388-7000 or contact us.
Report suspicious email or online fraud
To report a suspicious email or online fraud that uses BCU’s name, forward it to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Please note that this email address should not be used if you are a victim of online fraud, for disputes of credit card purchases, or to seek resolution of online fraud. Call Member Services at 800-388-7000 instead. Do not include personal information such as member ID or account information in an email.)
Alert a credit bureau with your concerns
If you suspect you might be a victim of identity theft, contact the three major credit bureaus listed below to place a fraud alert on your credit file. You also can order a credit report to identify any unauthorized activity:

- Experian – 888-397-3742
- Trans Union – 800-600-7289
