Thank you for participating in our Pilot Program for our new Mobile Banking app! Your voice will be heard and the feedback you provide will be promptly looked at as a place of improvement.

For more insights on what the experience will be like for our members, here are the communications and resources that will be available.


Digital banking users will receive three direct pieces of communication via email:

Communication 1 – “Coming Soon” message to be sent approximately 20 days before receiving an invitation to download. DELIVERED

Communication 2 – “Get Ready” message to be sent approximately 10 days before receiving an invitation to download. DRAFT

Communication 3 – A personal invitation to download the new app. DRAFT


App Installation Step 1 – Instructions on accepting the security settings before downloading the production app.

Mobile App – Download the mobile app under the "Production" header.

Tutorial Videos – Step by step instructions to ensure a seamless transition to new Mobile Banking.

Mobile Site – Access the production mobile site using your login credentials.

Pay Anyone – With Pay Anyone, you can send payments to anyone, anytime using your Credit Union debit card and new Mobile Banking.

Quick Login – Quick PIN and Touch ID make logging into BCU's new Mobile Banking quicker and easier than ever.

Looking for "Answers" – Tap the magnifying glass with the word “Answers” in the left navigation of the app to visit the search tool we know as FINDit! (for BCU internal staff only).
