In the coming months, BCU is making a series of enhancements to Mobile Banking to provide a more personalized and seamless user experience. As part of these improvements, additional security features designed to safeguard you and your data may require you to re-register your devices using a one-time authorization code sent via text or email.
To ensure you don't experience any interruption to your account access during this upgrade, please take a moment to review and update your contact information and communication preferences on file with BCU.
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select Update Member Profile
- Select Change Contact Information
- Review and change anything that may be out of date
- Select Update
