How do I qualify for the monthly fee waiver?
You can avoid the fee by meeting one of these each calendar month:
• Maintain an average daily balance of $5,000 or more• Receive qualifying direct deposits of $3,000 or more

What counts as a qualifying direct deposit?
Recurring electronic deposits like payroll, Social Security, or pension payments qualify. Transfers between accounts, wires, or paper check deposits do not.

How do I access and use my account benefits?
Most benefits can be activated and managed through Digital Banking. Just log in, go to your Benefits Checking account, and follow the prompts to enable features like Roadside Assistance, Telehealth, or exclusive discounts.

Who is eligible to open a Benefits Checking account?
Benefits Checking is available to individuals 18 or older. Both primary and joint account holders must meet this age requirement.

How do I qualify for benefits like Cell Phone Protection?
To be eligible for cell phone protection, pay your monthly phone bill from your Benefits Checking account. Coverage includes repair or replacement for a damaged or stolen phone (subject to terms and coverage limits).

Benefits are available to the account owner(s) and eligible joint holders. Some benefits, like Telehealth, may also extend to your spouse or dependent children, depending on the service.
