Your feedback is important in creating the best member experience.
First Look offers a select group of BCU members early access to the Credit Union's new Mobile Banking experience. With this early access, you'll be able to download the new Mobile Banking app before its broader release and share important feedback on your experience using this exciting new tool.
The new app has all the same great features you already enjoyed in the previous BCU app, so feel free to use it to manage your accounts, pay bills and perform all the tasks you're used to. Don't hesitate to use any area of the app, including new features like including Pay Anyone and Touch ID.

How to get started
We've made our new app even better, with a fresh look, smoother navigation, and all the mobile banking security you would expect from the Credit Union that has your back.
When you're ready, here are a few resources:
App Installation Step 1 – Instructions on accepting the security settings before downloading the production app.
Mobile App – Download the mobile app under the "Production" header.
Mobile Site – Access the production mobile site using your login credentials.
Tutorial Videos – Step by step instructions to ensure a seamless transition to new Mobile Banking.

How to provide feedback
When you've had a chance to explore the new Mobile Banking, please take a few minutes to share your thoughts. After you log in to Mobile Banking, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen. When the menu appears, tap Feedback.
