I wish that I didn’t have to use my member number to log in to online banking.

Great news! We heard your feedback and have updated the login process to allow users to designate a custom User ID. Among other enhancements with the new website, you can now set up a User ID to replace your member number when logging in to Online Banking. No need to wait to take advantage of this new functionality. Simply log in to Online Banking and you will be asked if you want to continue to use your member number or set up a User ID.  It’s that easy!
