1Variable Rate is based on the Prime Rate as published in The Wall Street Journal “Market Data Center” Section (Index). Your rate will be calculated each quarter by adding a margin between -2.76% and +1.12 to the Prime Rate and is based on your credit profile. The rate will not increase more than once a quarter but there is no limit on the amount the rate could increase at one time. If the Interest Rate increases, your monthly payments may be higher. Although the rate will vary after you are approved, it will never exceed 18.00% (the maximum allowable for this loan). The rate listed includes a 0.25% discount for enrollment in automatic recurring payments.
