BCU Named Top 100 Workplace for Fifth Consecutive Year by Chicago Tribune

Ranking among the top 20 mid-sized companies named to the list, this marks the fifth consecutive year the Credit Union has been recognized as a top Chicagoland employer. The Tribune’s special edition and invitation-only award event publicly recognizes the most dynamic and supportive organizations to work for in the Chicago area, as chosen by its employees.
The list features the top 100 companies in the region based on an employee survey measuring key qualities and best practices that make these companies attractive. The Top Workplaces are determined solely on employee feedback through a survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
